School Selection
Before we commit to working with a certain group of people or school at a location, our team does a rigorous selection process. Some key things in the process are a location visit by a member (a must), interview with the different stake holders and presenting the findings through photgraphs to the others in the team.

Direct interfacing with the children
Once the school and the area where we want to work is identified, we appoint a reference person from the core group of our organization based in the identified locality. Through them we interface directly with the affected group. At present we avoid any third party interactions, thereby reducing the probability of the misuse of available funds.
