Thank you all who have contributed to the project so far. I have been in constant touch with the people in the schools that the initial research was done. There have been a few things that have come up. Been traveling around in India and hence unable to update earlier.

The project has been received enthusiastically amongst the schools too. They are hopeful that with our efforts, they can aim to inspire more students to join the schools. The talks with the school authorities revolved mainly around the utilization of the funds and the distribution of the initial approximately 1000$. Based on this utilization, we will be applying for more funding.

Here are some quick updates on what I have been working on and where the project stands. This is the last update from US.

a. The funds for the initial work continues to grow. A bit behind on track to reach our initial goal. More is always welcome. Do help spread the word further. One could also seek to purchase the images at a very discounted rate. Remember all 100% of the proceeds go to this project. If you do not have Paypal account, drop me a mail. I will provide the account details. (We are working to make this more robust too.)

After the amazing launch of the project, the first activity seems to be doing well. The word is spreading around well and there is a considerable amount of like minded people who have come together for this cause. The Facebook Group as of now has 89 members and we are definitely making our presence felt. I would like to thank all who have helped in spreading the word so far. As we all know that it does not stop here and that the real work is actually just started now. So I request people to write about the project and possibly look into the ways of contributing.

We are super excited at the launch of this dream project. A project that is so close to our heart.
